The only reason this location is getting a 2nd star is because the manager and the employee Caleb who tried to pacify an extremely hostile situation. As you can see in the photo, the who I assume lead employee gave me the bird after I asked for compensation due to the cookie I prepaid for being out of stock. She offered a swap but the cookie I ordered was more expensive so I was not satisfied with that solution and asked for something additional. I began recording the interaction when she dismissed the other 2 employees and started speaking with hostility. She ended up calling the manager who offered me a free cookie for the troubles, but I never got the refund for the cookie I did not get. I will be calling the store tomorrow and will update if that changes but be ware if you visit, the young lady is not fit for customer service. Update: I called the store and was able to get refunded for the cookie I never received.
I was really looking forward to the maple cream sandwiches since I had just tried them from a location in Nashville and they were the best thing ever. However, to my disappointment these sandwiches had regular cream not maple cream. Pretty bummed.
They are sold out of cookies almost every time I go there. It’s a cookie place. Should never be sold Out
