We were sent the incorrect order and the cookies were the wrong size. The cookies also look very messy. We called the store to try and get a refund and the woman we spoke to was very rude and hung up on us. We called again and spoke with the manager who was also extremely rude and was very reluctant to help us. He also hung up on us at the end of the conversation. Your workers need to be taught empathy and to own the mistakes that they make.
