Worst place in boston for pick up your order . Employees are aware from costumer or drivers then do not care and just hanging out in store

I went there because of all the hype around it. Immediately saw there is no parking, (but it’s Boston so whatever) Their cookies are mid at best. The place was so disgusting inside the employees are rude and look like they hate their lives, I think an inspector should swing by after 8:00pm. I ordered and payed for a chocolate milk, to then be told they have no more left. Their cookies run out so fast. Insomnia cookie would just be a better idea.
