Came in to pick up an order that was placed. Probably 30 to 40 minutes before arriving. Waited at the counter. Somebody asked me for the name took probably another 15 minutes before I actually got my order. Of course, everybody who came in after me with dozens of cookies being made and being boxed. I finally got mine after the lobby cleared and they realize I was still standing there. No care in the world to help customers garbage employees every last one. You should greet people as they come in and make sure everybody that's there is being served. Not just the ones that are standing in front of you when you're at the register.
Sorry for the honesty, but I asked for fresh baked, recently taken from the oven cookies, paid more than $4 each for what was told to me to be "gourmet cookies", but received extra dry, house temperature cookies not at all even good! In fact, Costco cookies are way better and not ridiculously overpriced. I was craving some great cookies, not supermarket ones, paid for what was advertised and definitely did not receive anything near it! Not the place for anything other than regular.
