The app is easy to use, and the customer service is very pleasant. Oh, and these cookies taste really good! Kid-friendliness: This is a cookie place. Obviously kids are going to like it, lol no seriously any kid would love going to get cookies that are so good like this.

I know the kids that work here are young, but it was my first time going in there and i didn’t know the flavors changed each week. I asked a couple of questions which seemed to really annoy the teenager at the counter. I came in an hour and half before close and i get it, questions can get annoying when you answer the same ones every day but they could at least try to act like they aren’t totally annoyed to have someone in the store. The cookie was fine but not warm and had been sitting out on a platter. I thought they were display cookies. $5 seems like a lot. Maybe i came on a bad day

They have kiosks to order from. Within 30 seconds of completing our order, it was ready! Very clean inside and nice employees. Plenty of parking associated with the strip mall as well.
