Not very friendly staff and dropped the cookies on the counter and walked off. Atleast the cookies are good.

Since we have heard of this place, it was always good... until tonight when we got our cookie and found hair in it.

I personally love crumbl, my only complaint is how big the cookies were but I saw you can get mini ones now! I love the excitement of learning what new cookies are for that week. And I love that you can get a free one on your birthday! I’ve very few bad interactions, and the atmosphere feels positive and great. Overall 4 stars, but I’ll give 5 because the rewards on the app!
