Cruisers Grill

Table was dirty, was never given napkins with appetizers, finally asked for them after our dinner was brought to the table. My chicken sandwich was rubbery and chewy, was trying to ask for something else but waitress never returned until after everyone else was done, so I informed her the chicken was bad. Her manager did remove it she informed me as she literally tossed the bill on the table as she was walking off. I know they were slightly busy but it costs zero dollars for you to be kind. We won’t be back and I will no longer recommend this place, which is saddening as it used to be a favorite.

Extra salty and high priced

Absolute worst service I have received in the area in quite a long time. Order was missing items, waitstaff blamed a handicap hostess and the uber driver for mixup. The following conversation I had with seemingly two different managers on duty provided no relief. We didn't want a refund, we just wanted the items we ordered. I personally drove back to pick up the items that they had missed, after the manager guaranteed all items would be made fresh again. Once i arrived, I picked up the items to find out they had been sitting there for almost 2 hours. I returned back to work to also find out we were missing 3 whole meals. I called back to find an irate manager, who told me that maybe in his 30 years of doing things he'll eventually get it right and that if I ever feel like returning, to give us a call. I wish there was a zero star button but patron be warned, somehow on a Tuesday afternoon, this staff is completely maxed out in capabilities with a poor front of house logistics.

Food and service were good. Restaurant could use a deep clean as furniture like chairs are dusty and dirty. Owner when there will tell you all about his pot habits and political views even though all you asked for was a table. They no longer put Tootsie pops in your bill folder so make sure to get one on the way out.

We sat at the bar and had a great experience. We were in town staying nearby and stopped in for our anniversary and they made it special. The food recommendations were perfect, including the house made ranch dressing for dipping.

Poorly run place. Waited for a to go order for half an hour with only 2 tables in the restaurant being served. About half hour before closing. Cooks were goofing off, manager just sitting at a table drinking a coke doing nothing else. Embarrassing.

Lots of fruit flies at the bar area. Otherwise, food is good. Take home their homemade ranch dressing!

A slice of Americana, great food at fair prices. Last visit i had Turkey Breast with melted Swiss, definitely on point. One of my son's favorite places in the beach city's area

Shrink flation has hir Cruisers Food was fine just not enough. Bowl of chili was more like cup size. Cobb salad was more like a side salad. Very expensive for portions.
