What an amazing dining experience! Our server, Ryan, at Crow’s Nest, really made our night with his friendliness and passion for his job. We had fried olive and foie gras s’more for appetizers. The olive with goat cheese was like the perfect combination! For my entree, I had the pork chop, and I was so impressed by how it tasted. The sauce that came with the pork was excellent. Also, unlike regular pork dishes, I was really surprised by how tender the meat was! I would say this pork chop is the best one in town. We had other entrees like 28-day dry-aged New York, ribeye, and A5 wagyu macaroni; each dish carving its own memorable imprint on our evening and elevating our dining experience to a symphony of flavors. For dessert, we had bananas foster and cafe Diablo, and they were all a BLAST. The bananas were covered with brown sugar and were so delicious combined with vanilla ice cream. Highly recommended for its service and food, it’s a perfect spot for dating and family gatherings.

My recent dining experience at Crow's Nest, situated within Captain Cook's hotel, left me with mixed feelings. As a hotel guest, I decided to make a last-minute reservation, and despite being advised of a 45-minute wait for a table, upon arrival, I was informed that there were no tables available. It wasn't until I requested to speak with the manager that miraculously, a booth for six suddenly became available, despite smaller tables being unoccupied throughout my visit. While the initial hiccup with seating left me somewhat disheartened, the waiter's friendly demeanor helped alleviate some of the frustration. However, my disappointment resurfaced when I found the broccoli side dish to be excessively salted (and I do like my salt!). Although the waiter offered to replace it, I declined, yet no alternative or adjustment to the bill was provided. On the brighter side, the steak I ordered was truly delightful, perfectly cooked to my liking. The potatoes, albeit slightly overseasoned, were still enjoyable compared to the unfortunate fate of the broccoli. As for the soup, it lacked the desired flavor punch, but the addition of pickled cauliflower provided a much-needed burst of tanginess. In summary, while the overall dining experience at Crow's Nest had its ups and downs, with notable highlights like the savory steak and the stunning view, it was marred by inconsistencies in service and seasoning. There's potential for improvement, particularly in ensuring a smoother reservation process and addressing customer feedback promptly.

I'm inexperienced with fancy dining, but I had to check out the Crow's Nest with how much I see about it. I was very pleased. Chelsea, my waitress, was very sweet and informative. I got the swordfish entrée and the black forest for dessert. It was all very flavorful. I will admit, I wish there was more to the swordfish as I wasn't quite full after. I suppose the dessert helped with that. I also shared a picture of the amuse bouche as that's to help your palette. Just an olive paste, it seemed. I wish they provided more bread as they kept giving me one roll at a time. The cocktails were lovely. I got the sunburned mush, which is vodka, orange juice, and raspberries; and the Denali Coffee cocktail. All in all, I recommend.

Wonderful experience. We had the waygu, i think it was on a seasonal menu (to die for). Also got the crab legs and ribeye, both were sooo good. Finished off with the black forest for dessert. Yum!

Awesome! Views are fantastic, staff is world class (Chelsea is our favorite server of all of human history) and everything on the menu is mouth-watering. We will keep coming back.
