McDonald’s

Place is ran with little to no care. Orders are constantly wrong. Expect to be waiting in the drive-thru for up to 15 mins. Check out my most recent order of a decaf double double that came out as just warm milk.

Just return from Crowfoot McDonald's and I was her very disappointed. Ordering was fine, but the tables were not clean, a man came in with his bike and ordered, then sat down at a table with his bike laying on the floor so you had to move around it (dangerous, you could trip). Also there was a addict slumped over at a table, there are children in this place, scarey. What has happened to McDonald's. Plus your prices are out of line. Not going to this place a more.

A good place for some fast food

Typical average McDonald's, nothing thrilling but you always know what to expect. The play place is pretty good.

Typical McDonald's except sometimes not enough parking or nowhere to sit. Kid-friendliness: The play-place is open again.

Never ever are open in dining room until Midnight like Hours say, They always Close an Hour or Two early RIDICULOUS

Came here at 10pm and when I walked in there were several groups of homeless people with all their belongs spread out throughout the entire restaurant. The stench was unbearable and I had to change my order to a to go order. Management was doing nothing about the issue despite the fact that it appeared that nome of the homeless individuals had purchased anything. Go to a different mcdonalds.

Customer service at this location is just AWFUL! I don’t normally complain as I work in customer service myself and I know how hard it can be, but my experience today confirmed that this is one of the worst locations in the northwest. I went inside to order as my car window doesn’t work well in the cold, and all the kiosks were down and nobody came to take my order at the register or even acknowledged me. I then went to the drive thru despite my window and waited for a very long time until I was noticed once I said something. They never said they would be with me soon, or sorry for the wait. The person taking my order sounded very upset and very uninterested in helping me. Once I got to the window, I was not greeted at all and they just shoved the debit machine in my face without even confirming my order beforehand. Probably won’t return to this location if I can help it :/ Food was old even though I was waiting forever.
