Crosstown Soho - Doughnuts, Ice Cream, & Coffee

It's always easy to write about the bad, but sometimes too easy to not praise the good. I've been dealing with a refund issue which is with customer services (who are shockingly bad. And trust me, I'm putting that lightly. The words I want to use are much more extreme) and in short, have not received a £50 refund since March. I don't want to taint this review by discussing how shameful the staff at head office are, but instead want to thank Chenique, Eduardo and Antonio (the latter of which works at the Fitzrovia branch) who have not only tried to do everything they can to explain the process and address the issue, but were also very supportive, personable and honest. I respect honesty and openness. It doesn't mean everything will be solved, but it shows a lot about a person and their ability to relate to the customer service experience. There are people who just make an experience lighter, happier and more fun - even if you've had a terrible day, or hate the product. All three mentioned have the ability to do that and I thank you all for being GREAT at what you do. Customer services need to undertake some training from you three so they can see how it's done!

Bigger prices and smaller doughnuts. I’ve bought from Crosstown for several years but now had enough of being ripped off. Plenty of other places nearby do it better and cheaper.

Been helped today by Chenique. She provided excellent customers service. She seemed to be the only employee at work and there were 3 customers including me and she gave all of us the best service imo. She adviced me the cinnamon roll latte and she made a great one! Please let her know about this

This is the best and the most delicious doughnuts I've ever had in my life!! The best doughnuts in London and the whole world! The doughnuts were perfect! So fluffy and delicious! The flavors are just perfect I had the rose and pistachio and it was heaven! They have a huge variety of flavors and all kind of doughnuts, vegan and sourdough doughnuts! This place is bomb! And Im obsessed with it. If you're in London this place is definitely worth trying. ألذ دونت في لندن والعالم كله، بدون مبالغة الدونت وايد لذيذ وخفيف ، الي بنكهة الورد والفستق كان رووووعة بشكل موطبيعي ، انصح فيه اذا كنتوا في لندن ضروري تجربونه وعندهم خيارات كثيرة ونكهات وانواع مختلفة

Doughnuts are great and probably the best in London too be honest. The panda doughnut is phenomenal, runners up are the cinnamon doughnut and coffee. It's good to day that even the glazed is just a hit on the taste buds. The real issue is the bad service both in store and out of store are very poor. We were double charged by mistake and told we would not be charged, what do you think happened? We were charged! That's nearly £30 See YouTube video https://youtu.be/35A4AJdRiLc After trying endlessly to get in touch with their customer service and ringing the branch, to no avail as no one replies, the bank had to be called to step in to cancel payment. An added issue is that they sell their products without issuing a receipt and via contactless, this was were the problem of proof of sale lies. Finally we have to express our disappointment in crosstown as unfortunately the doughnuts have decreased in size, we'd rather pay more for quality then be hookwinked by quantity reduction. We know this because we have been purchasing their Doughnuts for over a decade and you can see the change in size and shapes of the same products in our YouTube videos over the years as we have been a constant reviewer of their products.

Take away doughnut shop. Normally has a lovely selection but later in the day they were mostly finished and not getting any more sadly. Great sourdough doughnuts though.
