I was left dissatisfied as I saw this sign and requested for the deal, only to be told it’s not for today. If it’s not for the specific day I went then why have the sign on display? I did not know Crosstown is now promoting false advertisement and deception. The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations mean you cannot mislead or harass consumers by, for example: including false or deceptive messages leaving out important information using aggressive sales techniques
Cool flavours but a bit overpriced for what you get.
Inventive flavours like cardamom coffee and matcha complement the run of the mill vanillas and chocolate donuts. The donuts are undoubtedly good but at 5 pounds each, they are an expensive treat, a half dozen sets you back almost 30! Good to try but not sure it's a sustainable treat to go for.
After being informed at this Crosstown location that I would need to contact management to have my filled stamp cards honored (for a free donut), I have contacted Crosstown multiple times within the past two weeks, including the customer service email provided as well as the email for the Head of Operations. I have not received a response, which is disappointing. Crosstown has a duty as a business to honor any vouchers/rewards offered to customers. I am a fan of the donuts but given the poor customer service, it’s not worth visiting.
Lovely service, Sarah was welcoming and warm. Would highly recommend.
They had lots of vegan options and we only tried one but it was really good.
The coffee isn’t good anymore. There’s a really pushy lady who pushing you to buy a doughnut, even when you say no once.
Had delicious donuts and ice cream and wanted to comment on the exceptional service from workers Daavi and Lauren!! They were so kind, thoughtful, personable, helpful, excellent. We had a big group and they were so wonderful to all of us and we wanted to thank them and say they deserve to be praised and maybe even given a raise or some kind commending of some sort. Thank you, Crosstown!
