I am only writing this review in hopes that things change, because the service at Crossroads has gone sharply downhill. We ate there when the place was fairly new (about 4 months after opening) and received brilliant service at the bar. Everything we ate was delicious and creative, and the bartender was very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. Then we went there recently for my birthday (late September 2023) and the food was still quite good but the service was pointedly lacking: It was long after we were sat that we were finally greeted by a server, who did not seem happy to handle our table. (And sometimes this can be the hostess's fault, but we did have a reservation). And once we received our food we were never checked on again until after we were done eating. Then tonight, on a recommendation from me regarding their vegan menu, my brother took his wife there for a belated Valentine's dinner. His request for a booth was ignored, 2 of their items came out incorrect (not what they ordered), and they were not checked on until it was time for dessert. And their server also did not seem happy to have their table and was not accommodating or professional. Please fix this. It was such a nice restaurant before. I know it isn't the most pricey restaurant around but it is enough to be "a nice restaurant". It has delicious food and lovely atmosphere... I will definitely be back for their incredible Carbonara.. Maybe something is wrong in management if the servers are being sat incorrectly, or if they are unhappy... but no one should have to finally get up to look for someone to order food or receive a beverage. Vegetarian options: I cannot believe how good their execution is on dishes that traditionally are very Not Vegan. My pasta carbonara was some of the best I've ever had. Their appetizers are fantastic.

Absolutely delicious. The carbonara was particularly yummy, and the “egg yolk” was so impressive. The service was fast too. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone, regardless of their vegan status!

"Popped into Crossroads Kitchen at the Resorts World Hotel in Vegas, and it was quite the evening. The front-of-house team set the tone right away with their warm welcomes. And the restrooms? Spotless. But what really amped up the ambiance was the piano player - he was phenomenal, making the whole atmosphere just that much better. It's all vegetarian here, which made picking dishes simple for us, especially since we steer clear of pork and beef. The impossible meatballs and those scallops with mushrooms were top-notch. And then there were the sweet potatoes - talk about a flavor explosion with those maple pearls, jalapeno compound butter, and herb pecan crumble. Just brilliant. The place has this elegant yet comfy feel, with a neat view of the casino adding to the charm. For my first dive into upscale vegetarian dining, Crossroads Kitchen definitely impressed. Not everything was perfect, though. The water charge caught us off guard - thought it was complimentary but got billed $18 for it. Also, the broccoli dish got me. The menu made it sound like it came with a sauce, but it turned out all those listed extras were just mixed in separately, making the bowl feel a bit too busy for my taste. Still, with all said and done, the evening at Crossroads Kitchen was a hit, especially with that piano music setting the scene."
