Crimson Cup Coffee Shop - Upper Arlington

I’m sitting here about to go into this establishment and I see this guy; in a dark grey Columbus Bluejacket hoodie, come back into the store from outside for the second time. He is holding a hammer and sets the hammer down and goes straight up to the register and starts helping customers like evening was cool! Not one ounce of water or soap touched his hands! It’s this disgusting and unsanitary stuff that keeps me from going out to places in Columbus smh.

Another reviewer called it cozy and warm, but I beg to differ. It was a little chilly this morning, and all the chairs are metal except for some leather chairs next to a fake fireplace. I was hoping it was the kind that at least puts off some electric heat, but no ...just decoration. Moving on in my fruitless journey to find a decent coffee shop that's cozy enough to make me want to stay and read in. This isn't it.

Checked out this place and got their Mayan Mocha. I usually just drink black coffee but like to occasionally try out a different drink at a local place like this. Was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Place was a little crammed but just shows it was busy because of how good it was.

Nothing ever goes right when I go to this Crimson Cup, which is unfortunate because it’s an easy walk my house. Today, they sent out a code that was meant to take $2 off a hot or seasonal beverage. As always, the employees have no clue about any ongoing promotions or how to use the app at all and acknowledge no responsibility for it. When I was finally able to recall the code that had disappeared with the notification, to retrieve the discount, it was programmed to take off 2% instead of $2. (Ten cents.) They said it must be “a glitch”, but there’s nothing they can do. There’s never any manager or anyone to talk to that knows anything about what’s going on. But the drinks are quite good. Never use the app to order anything, though.

Love their coffee and for the price it's a very good deal on its quality of the brews. Also their muffins are just wonderful.

I used to be a huge fan of Crimson Cup. Then corporate greed started, and they lowered the quality of ingredients. They have their location at Easton, Crimson, which still offers a higher quality experience with local Snowville milk as their standard. This was the standard for Crimson Cup but no longer. It's sad to open a new location with better quality only to lower the quality of stores that gave you the opportunity to expand.

nice seating and very cozy and warm but still modern. it was decorated very cute for Christmas when i went. workers were very nice in recommending things to us as we had never been before and made great accommodations (non-dairy milk). loved the atmosphere and will return when i visit columbus again! Dietary restrictions: had some different non-dairy milk options and i believe some vegan pastry items Kid-friendliness: i only saw one family with kids in here so it wouldn't be a problem to have them. i personally think it's more of a meeting up with a friend or study spot but the other kids enjoyed it!

The best lattes around!!!! Please come to Grove City....we need something other than Starbucks to choose from.
