Had wheat bagel with a smear of vegetable cream cheese and coffee. Bagel was delicious (fresh & warm), cream cheese needed more veggies but was nice and creamy (grateful it was not salty) and coffee was surprisingly good. Only annoying thing was the person working counter yelled at me to come and get my smeared bagel instead of bringing me the bagel at the other end of counter. This action seemed out of place for such an attractive bagel shop. On my return if she yells at me again, I'm yelling back

So glad I finally gave them a try. Customer service was great, and the bagel was warm and fresh.
