Crest Cafe

Small breakfast spot. Parking sucks. It's very small inside. More staff than people. LGBTQ friendly. Over priced for sure. We ordered small basic sides. Hash browns were okay. Didn't really taste like potatoes. Hubby ordered biscuits & gravy which he thought was good, I thought the gravy was a lil sweet and not normal. Food could be better, a lot better. Especially price wise. I'm no chef but I feel as though I cook better than what I just ate and paid for.

Just as great as I remembered when we visited 10 years ago. You must try the hangover omelette!

First time at the Restaurant. We were there on a Sunday for Breakfast. As with many places in Hillcrest, parking is tough. $6 isn't bad and its a quick walk. Service was great, very attentive. Food was excellent and served in very timely matter. Love the atmosphere. Will be back soon and often.

We’ve been big fans of the Crest Cafe for many years. Another great meal this evening. We’ve probably been here 50 or 60 times, and there are STILL dishes I look forward to trying!

On vacation we were looking for a place that was family friendly and had vegetarian options. We ended up at Creat Cafe. Our service was excellent. I was grateful for a unique vegetarian option. The pesto veggie sandwich was amazing. It was an open faced sandwich with great flavor. The three kids split an adult Mac and cheese and side of fries. Staff were not bothered by our three kiddos. They even mentioned at the end that our family was beautiful.

Great food and service in a classic dinner experience

Great food! Cooked to perfection. Got the Apple cinnamon French toast and western omelette. Service was great, very attentive and quick.

A somewhat high-end diner with an extensive menu insofar as I felt lost. I decided to go with chicken & waffles and it did not disappoint at all! Super tasty and crunchy with right balance of spicy and sweet. A minor change if I can suggest would be to substitute the butter for mascarpone cheese
