I can confidently say this place has some of the worst beer I’ve ever tried. The “cowabunga” tasted… oily? Which is definitely a new one for me. The pizza was alright but had the thinnest crust I’ve ever had on a pizza, almost didn’t feel cooked through all the way. On top of all that, the host didn’t really seem to know what she was talking about, and the brewery section was dirty and disorganized. Within five minutes of getting our beer we had a fruit fly swimming around in one of ours. I really wanted to like this place as a local microbrewery, but they were at least disappointing or at most disgusting in almost every aspect.

The space, and the people here are really cool. The beers here are really unique and interesting. I liked their Amber Ale. I did try some of the unique fruity beers. Definitely some creative creatures here. Lol.

I'm never going back to that place. My friend was accused of vomiting in their restroom when she did not. I was in the stall next to her at the time we used their restroom and no such thing happened. Her husband left them a really large tip, spent over a hundred dollars on them. They were so rude, they kicked us out. They even locked their door with key. No we weren't inebriated. They need to hire people who don't overreact over cleaning up bathrooms. And if those over entitled little women who work there can't handle the dynamic of working with alcohol consumption, then they should go find a better career.

So... Nice little place. A bit cluttered, but overall cool vibe. We met a friend to catch up and we had a pizza from urbn, an adjoining pizza restaurant. Beers weren't bad - I had a sour apple frozen slushie type drink which was refreshing but sweet for my taste. The michelada was pretty decent. As the driver, I stopped after that. Our experience went south a bit later. My wife was having a nice time catching up and did get a bit tipsy. Her and her friend made a trip to the restroom (in urbn) and it became a lengthy one, probably 30 minutes. I closed out the tab and when they came back we continued to converse outside, in the outdoor area. Shortly after, an urbn employee came out and asked if there had been an "accident" in the restroom. My wife and friend responded unequivocally that no, there wasn't any accident, and we went back to our discussion. As the employee walked away from us, I heard her say to the brewery employee "see? Look what you did." the brewery employee then closed the doors, which had been propped open all day. Presumably to talk about us without us hearing. At this point I was asking what had happened that they were talking about. Our friend said that she was in close proximity the entire time, and never heard any problems. Shortly after, the brewery employee, who had been friendly and helpful up to this point, came out and told us we needed to leave because of vomit in the restroom. I believe that these employees genuinely believed the vomit was from my wife because 1) she was inebriated and 2) duration of bathroom trip. Now, there is no reason for them to lie about this (not exactly an offense to throw up in a restroom) - my wife is very conscientious and she would never leave a mess for others to clean. Even when she was handed a draft beer filled to the brim and spilled a little on the floor, she insisted on cleaning it immediately. Second, the vomit was described to be "all over the floor" posing a hazard, requiring restroom closure. I examined her sandals closely because I really wanted to know if this could possibly be true. I can't imagine a scenario where my wife was so incoherent as to vomit all over the floor without so much as a splatter on her hair, clothes, foot or sandal. There was none, and not a result of being cleaned off-that would have removed or smeared the dirt which remained. Third, it is uncharacteristic of my wife to vomit from beers in general. Even liquor rarely has that effect. She routinely drinks more than today and yes, gets tipsy too. Objectively, I don't know who vomited in the bathroom, but neither do they. There were other patrons as well. Regardless, we were asked to leave and threatened with a call to authorities. They even locked the doors when we were outside. What an insult. I am appalled by our treatment. We had to finish catching up in the parking lot. I understand nobody wants to clean vomit, but even if they could know who threw up, that's no way to treat a customer. I almost feel bad, as the urbn employee started the drama, but it was the brewery who accused us and told us we had to leave and locked the door behind us. Also were told we are not welcome back when my wife confronted them about this accusation. So.. Bye. Might consider some customer relations training or staffing decisions going forward. *reply to response from owner* Sadly you have received a somewhat inaccurate account of the events. I don't blame you for believing your staff, but I would like to correct for the record: (1) We were asked to leave before any such confrontation or "hostility" as you described. In fact, this was the reason we went back inside to litigate the issue (vomit accusation) (2) I had already closed out so no need to "stop serving" (3) Nobody was concerned about anyone getting home safe as I was perfectly sober. I will reach out by email with my suggestions as the character limit for adding to this review prevents me from posting here. I hope you have some sort of surveillance you can refer back to, because it will corroborate what I am telling you.

Hit or miss on the core beers. But the limited selection beers are amazing! Made the best of a small space with a good fan base of creative beers. Limited edition and 4 packs are my go to.

Cute little place. Visited on Sunday and unfortunately they were having issues with their CO2 so only cans were available. But still was delicious. Love the Yodale lager.

One of the only breweries that truly blazes its own path. Every other brewery follows the same annual trends of hazy beer this and juicy that . Creative Creature make unique brews that I have never seen anywhere else. Their artwork is just as creative and unique. This is a gem of a brewery in a city where most other breweries just copy each others trends.
