Really nice customer service, ice creams as usual

I tried their Belgium chocolate cake with vanilla and chocolate ice cream. I love this creams branch! Really lovely team especially the guy who has a beard and buzz cut. (Didn't catch his name) They are really friendly and make you feel welcome. The desserts are also great! Good portion sizes and tasty

The toilet was so bad and it was all dirty on the floor ,the hand dryer wasn’t working either.The service was alright but the food itself was unsatisfactory,the oreo waffle I ordered tasted of eggs a lot as it was undercooked,the latte was extremely bitter as well.Wont recommend !!!

這是一間甜品的連鎖店 ，在英國各地你可以找到他不同的分店 ，而他們的分店外形都是一樣以黑色為主要顏色， 給人一種很舒服的感覺。 店舖因為買甜品和雪糕所以經常有很多小朋友在裏面用餐， 氣氛真的很不錯 ，我們試了他們的窩夫和雪糕， 味道真的很一般 ，和你在超級市場買到的雪糕味道很相同， 但他的價錢不便宜， 值得一提示他的份量很大， 所以叫一份食物 ，如果你是兩個小女生的話可以分享食用。 另外也是了他們的咖啡 也是不錯， 整體而言他是一間不值得推介的餐廳，因為他的味道很一般， 但是如果你是想找個地方坐下來休息的話， 他們是一個好選擇，因為他們的店員服務很好 ，很禮貌 而吸引的感覺也不錯， 但如果你是為了食甜品以內在英國真的很多選擇不用選擇他。

It is generally clean and has a decent ambience. But it is a bit worn around the edges. There is some damage on the seats. Menus which are taped together. It's still a decent place to get some desserts.
