Welp. There used to be a Buffalo chicken sandwich on my tray 6 minutes ago…I thought the cashier was exaggerating on how good the sandwich was but ffuuuuuu it was GOOD

Marnesha, Dory and the entire staff at Creamline in Chelsea Market are amazing. Super professional and top notch customer service on a consistent basis. Marnesha and Dory especially make everyone feel so welcome. Food is always super fresh and delicious. Burgers off the chart fantastic, and so are the fries and milkshakes. Best dining spot in all of Chelsea Market, by far! Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids here it is a mega fun and inviting place!

Such much chicken ,! Lovely place but the guy behind me in line was a slight creep… I am American!

Stumbled upon this place in Chelsea Market during our trip. I originally wanted a chicken burger but they were out of chicken, so then I requested the bacon cheeseburger, they didn’t have any bacon either… Service was great, the member of staff at the till was apologetic and was understanding of peoples frustrations. When our food came, after 20 minutes, it was okay. Burger tasted similar to a McDonalds burger to be honest. The waffle fries were great though, although I think they may have been pre-cut and not made on site.

The burger was not good, unfortunately it was dry, it didn’t taste fresh and the patties left a lot to be desired. I’ve had fast food that was much more tasty. To top it off, the food was very overpriced. I had a feeling because all the other restaurants were getting business and this one was empty. I had to ask if it was open, and then one lady came and she was the sole attendant there. The menu items had strikethroughs of everything they didn’t have which was 75% of the menu. So I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

This Review is for the shakes, first off I had heard about their shakes, I was ready! I’m a foodie and I have A sweet tooth! Also I have pretty high standards for milkshakes. I personally don’t like milky or thin shakes, I prefer them thick. Marnisha took my order and she recommended the two cookies shake. I did ask if this shake would make me want to come back. She said YES! Besides recommending the shake, Marnisha went above and beyond with some other details.(Thank you) She’s a gem and I’m so happy that I was able to meet her and truly ENJOYED the recommendation. So will I go back???? ABSOLUTELY!!! I also hope Marnisha is there to take my order. I was with a group friends and they ended up getting some shakes too!

We had a tasty burger there with waffels fries. The top of the cherry is the great choice of beers.

Review for shakes only Ok: cookies and cream, strawberry Pass: coffee It's kind of cool they let you mix flavors. The milkshake is thick and creamy but creamy reminiscent in the way that milk tea from powder is creamy, not my jam in terms of texture. I thought they would make it with flavored ice cream but I think it might be syrups/flavoring + soft serve? The coffee flavor is SO bitter and strong.
