Ice cream was pleasing to the eye, but just okay. The experience was interesting. The place was bright and clean.
I’m pretty sure this place has the same furniture from when they first opened- there were like four girls working and we were the only people in and all the tables were dirty. The small shake is $11 and it’s just not worth it. Especially if you’re trying to have that nice ‘going out to ice cream’ with the family.. it’s just ugly inside.
the ice cream is great! however, the service is worse than aweful. everyone working had a negative attitude, did not smile, and never said anything like “thank you, have a great day” even when we say thank you, completely ignored. it does not cost anything to be nice and smile.
Too expensive for overgrown Cold Stone that doesn’t have nearly as many mix-in options. Probably great for you if you prefer your ice cream super freezing cold. It tasted fine to me, but my man said it was pretty tasteless. The waffle bowl was freshly made in front of our eyes, but tasted stale for some reason. The process took way too long. We remarked to each other that we’d have left before ordering if there had been more than the one party of two people in front of us. Also, it’s all a big mystery until they give it to you, and that is no fun at all!! I really want and need to see all the ingredients before they mix them together. That is a very appetizing part of the experience. I feel bad because they are nice and their shop is clean, but I won’t go back. $20 is too much for 2 ice creams that were so cold, I couldn’t taste it, so bland that my man couldn’t taste his, and took way too much time to make.
Long wait but the ice cream was good
