CREAM

We stopped in last night for dessert. The Ube was delicious, smooth as silk and well flavored. The waffle co e was crisp and tasty. One of us had a milkshake and it was awesome and huge. The whip cream and cookies crumbled on top were a fun addition.

As someone looking for a vegan sweet treat option, and as someone who just likes sweets in general, I was very disappointed. The place is called "CREAM", but the vegan ice cream is incredibly icy, and overly sweet, with some kind of artificial flavor. They only had mint choc chip and strawberry, both of which tasted bad. The vegan fudge cookie was okay, but when they served me my cookie sandwich the cookies were cold...I said, disappointedly, "it's not warmed up?" to which a got a cold, mean reply "yeah, we warm them up, upon request." Even though I was clearly disappointed, they didn't offer to make me another one warmed up. They also never ask me if I wanted it warmed up or anything, even though it was my first time there. The staff was rude and uninformed, and the food was bad.

Cream is a great treat for the Mission District of San Francisco and when they signed up to have their goods delivered with DoorDash it was a great treat!

I went on 01/20/2024 at around 7pm and the worker was very slow with his hands even though we were the only ones there. The worker was rude and condescending as well, he tried to rush us to order and he broke a cookie and got another cookie that he later dropped. He thought we weren't looking and tried to give us the cookie that he dropped until we asked for a replacement when he should've thrown it in the trash immediately but he put it back in the display case to serve to other customers. The ice cream was good but the service wasn't.

Don’t waste your money. I ordered online, and when I got to the store they said they had no record of my order and would not fulfill it. They still charged my credit card, so now I have to dispute that. The owner denied any responsibility for the situation and would not help us resolve the issue. Complete lack of customer service.

The website for this business took us to Mixbowl to order online and after arriving to the location, the owner refused to make the order stating they don’t have an account when the website for their business took us there. After not wanting to double pay for ice cream, we had to dispute the charge with our bank because the owner was unwilling to make us the order after paying stating it would be too large of a financial burden (3 sandwiches). They need to fix their site or take care of their customers because returning customers will not be going back.
