CRAVE Ice Cream Social

I don’t usually complain but I was in there the other night and it was about 9:30 pm . They don’t close until 10:00 . I wanted a turtle sundae and the girl behind the counter said she had already put the hot fudge and Carmel away . I asked her if she could just heat it up in the microwave and she went back in the kitchen and was slamming things and told the other girl that I wanted it heated up and I could hear her and she was so nasty . Then a whole group of young people I assume were their friends and they were so nice to them . Just a bad overall experience. First time I had been there . There needs to be a responsible manager with them .

Great ice cream, but a little pricey.

It's a nice place with good staff but the PRICES are not family friendly. Couldn't recommend the two scoops when you charge a buck just for the cone.

Being from a small town in VA, I was desperate to find an ice cream shop that feels like home. CRAVE did not disappoint. Probably the best ice cream I’ve had. Definitely will be returning :)

Unique flavors of ice cream at a great price. Highly recommend!

Love the location and staff but the ice cream quality and taste just falls short. Good family place but if your going because your itching for icecream you might wanna pick a diff spot. Root beer floats here do the job tho
