We purchased a cake from this location for our daughters birthday. We should have checked the reviews as our cake was also very dry and not anything like the previous cakes we have bought from cake years ago. Not only was the cake very dry, but we purchased a chocolate cake and to our surprise we received a vanilla cake. Cannot see us going back until the quality returns to what is was years ago.

Wonderful cakes and cupcakes. If you need Gluten-free baking I highly recommend this place ❤️

Okay we stopped by Crave cupcakes today and they have such a cute atmosphere inside the shop with a wall of cupcakes behind the bakery counter, lots of different treats to choose from at a good price. We decided on some mini cupcakes they are bursting with flavor. They look very cute and the cake is so moist. We will definitely be back to try more.

Extremely unprofessional establishment and rude staff. We had ordered a birthday cake for our daughter’s first birthday. The day before we were picking up the cake, my wife falls and breaks her arm. While my wife was getting surgery that same day, I had called multiple times and eventually left a voicemail after not having any luck with anyone answering the phone. All we wanted was to let them know we won’t be picking the cake up the following day and if they could potentially resell it if the writing wasn’t complete yet (the cake was a plane cake, no personalized decoration. Same cakes they have on display for walk ins). Or even a discount or something. The next day a worker called back and asked if we’re picking the cake up (clearly they don’t listen to voicemails). We explained the situation and she said she’ll speak with her manager. Fast forwarded couple days since they were closed sun/mon, we don’t get any call on Tuesday until we called. The response was that the cake is paid for, no discounts and our cake is sitting the fridge and we can pick it up if we want or they throw it out. Nothing about how sorry they were about the situation or anything. So I end up going to pick it up today so it doesn’t go for waste. I walk in, no greeting except for “are you here for pick up?” I said yes and she proceeds to go to the back without asking me my name or what I’m picking up. When she comes back she hands be a bag of cookies. I told her no I’m here for a cake and she proceeds with attitude “well next time let me know so I don’t waste my time” Overall the place is staffed with very rude unprofessional people. Will not be supporting this place. The cherry on top is once I get home, the cake doesn’t even say happy birthday on it.

We ordered a cake here for my son’s first birthday. The cake was way too sweet and tasted stale. Our friends and family couldn’t even eat it. Such a disappointing experience.

The cashier was sweet, helpful and engaging. The cupcake was moist, flavourful and light. I'll be back.

First time trying Crave cupcake in a Calgary location. Very dissatisfied with the red velvet cupcakes that i bought (half a dozen). Cupcake was dry, crusty on the edge and too much icing that over powers the taste of the dry cupcake. I will never buy cupcakes here again. It was a waste of money for me. I don’t recommend it at all. :(

Best cupcakes ever! Awesome flavors!!

I love pretty much all the desserts. The butter tarts are most excellent, remind me of my grandma's recipe , delicious .
