CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar (Hilton Garden Inn - Sioux Falls)

Second time I've been to Sioux Falls, each time I've gone to Crave. And I would stack Crave up against any place I've been back east. I've been there with colleagues each time, trying meat, seafood, and the vegan options. All were exceptional.

First time visiting Crave in years!! We came for the burger battle. The Unbrieable burger was definitely different. Don’t get me wrong - it was delicious! Not sure what I was expecting though. I guess with the immense height of the burger, I was thinking it wouldn’t fit in my mouth, but it definitely compacted down! Our waiter Oliver was very personable! He seemed very upbeat and very attentive to our needs! Our group had a wonderful time!

Igor a $200 dollar meal I expected more. My steak temperature was a bit undercooked, and the scorched carrots weren’t cooked through. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm and I wish I had a dinner roll or a complimentary bread item. The “special” sauce wasn’t impressive. More like A-1 mixed with horseradish. I would have sent my meal back but as service picked up our server became non existent. Drinks were good though. I’ll try this place again. It’s worth another go round. Perhaps in the spring or summer.

Been to quite a few Crave locations in the Twin Cities, but I can honestly say the location in Sioux Falls is better. Never had a bad meal and always satisfied.
