Crafty Crab

Went on my birthday and the oysters were amazing I had 60 of them. That’s how much I enjoyed them. The kitchen woman who, Was a Asian woman, was so rude to me. I ordered a snow crab combo As well and it was way too salty. She was upset that I asked for it to be remade or refunded. It was one cluster I didn’t eat jt all (it has 5 small legs for a cluster ). Anyways, the sauce was watery. If you eat here you know it’s suppose to be oily. She just reheated it and argued ppl down in the kitchen. A man I never met ended up remaking it for me. But it was just the treatment. Waitress/management seemed stressed at me asking for things in the beginning. But was nicer towards the end. Order from here a lot and always had good service but I still left a tip but I don’t know if I’ll be coming back.

This is the most ghetto establishment I’ve been to in awhile. The waitress was rude and lazy never even bought my napkins or utensils. I had another experience at the bar thinking the experience would be different however it was not different at all. I believe the bar tender was gg and I mean the nastiest attitude u can receive I had to ask for a straw numerous of times she walked passed me and ignored me. I ordered my food she looked the other way and as I resume to ask her did she hear me she stated she did and my food still came out wrong. She was beyond rude I will never come there and I’m sure to let everyone know that if they see her at the bar to turn around because it’s absolutely no customer service in that building what so ever. It’s a stitch in that building that always smells spoiled never soap in the bathrooms or napkins.

It was very slow for being no one there.... Had to ask for sauce and it took 10 minutes to get it.... Finished and needed a box and ticket... Waiter was LAYING on the counter behind register... manager was there at the register doing nothing... So we walked up to register with our food for the box..she asked us for our ticket we said we got tired of waiting...JUST VERY POOR SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE.... WILL NEVER RETURN.... MANAGER WAS RUDE AND LASY... SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED...
