Service was amazing Ashley our server was friendly and very knowledgeable and made our experience pleasant. The hostess was friendly and sat our party right away.

Love coming to this location. Food is always amazing and service is always great. Angel served us tonight and she was sweet, attentive, and even made sure to take care of us with some appetizers and drinks since it was busy and our food took longer than expected. Thank you for the great service Angel! Will definitely be back.

Our food took like 2 hours to come and when it finally came it was lukewarm to cold. We were served our food first, and appetizers last. Avoid this place at all costs. Just wait for the other restaurants. This place is terrible.

ALERT!! TWICE BOTH BARTENDER'S MARTIAN WITH DREADS AND ARIEL WERE EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY AND UNWILLING TO TAKE MY TO GO ORDER.THEY BOTH HAD NERVE TO LET ME OVERHEAR THEM SAY TO A TEAM MEMBER THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME.ODD!! WHEN THAT WAS MY 3RD VISIT. THE 1ST WAS A VERY NICE SERVER NAMED RED.MARTIAN, BEFORE I SAT DOWN AFTER I SAID HELLO WAS RUDE FOR NO REASON BOTH TIMES. THIS IS A HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE INDUSTRY!!! IF YOU ARE NOT A PEOPLE PERSON, FIND A DIFFERENT JOB SO YOU DON'T GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO TRY TO BRING OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE PAYING PATRONS DOWN WITH YOUR NEGATIVE ENERGY!!!

What a horrible experience! Had reservations, couldn't sit us on time but that wasn't the least of their problems. Waitress brought us our beverages in plastic cups due to bo clean glasses. Food literally never came. Waitress kept saying there was issues with kitchen staff. After 40 minutes, not even the Appetizer! Waitress says a minimal of another 30-45 minutes and "don't quote her" . People were walking out so we had no choice bit to leave. Mismanaged is an understatement

Good food but if you’re a bbq aficionado they don’t do pork because they are halal just a heads up if that’s what you’re looking for

I had a fun happy hour at Craft. The staff was attentive and entertaining. The tri tip and brisket were delicious, and these shots to bring in February were the cutest. Thanks, Ari, Miguel, and Martin.
