Excellent Hostess Ms. Elizabeth with a smile and incredible table touch. Went there for a birthday celebration and had reservations and we were able to be seated with 5mins upon arrival. Highly suggested is the Grilled Chicken and Mac and Cheese Burrito Awesome and the Brisket Mac and Cheese Sandwich excellent. The food was served quick, fresh hot and very tasty. Elizabeth made our day with a few extra special kick-ins. Never felt rushed and atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We had great time with music food and fun. Drinks were on point especially the shots we had about 4 rounds. Highly recommend and ask for Elizabeth you won't regret it her service is off the charts. Kid-friendliness: Yes but no children's menue Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Made a reservation at 8:45 got seated at 8:40. Spent about 20 mins before deciding to leave as no one severed us while other groups would come and get helped right away. Waiters need better awareness.

Been craving this place and happy to finally go but after we got seated down no one had came to our table for 20 mins even though I had seen a table get barely seated and helped within 2 mins. After I seen that I decided to leave. I understand it was busy but it shouldn't take 15+ mins to get helped.

Visiting from Vancouver with some friends, we made a Reso for 5 people on open table for last Saturday, March 30 for 5:45pm. I’ve attached a screenshot of the Reso confirmation from open table because there was an issue. When we arrived, the hostess was super rude to my group and said that there was never a reservation made for 5 people, only 3 people and that they’d have to see if there’s space and maybe they can get 2 more chairs to add to the table. The hostess and another staff member said “It’s gonna take time can we call you when it’s ready” so we waited at the front among the many people waiting when all along we had the correct reservation for the correct number of people. They talked to each other and stared at us (not sure why as we were not in the wrong) and they eventually added 1 more chair to a 4 top table so 1 chair was facing the walkway where people walk, which was not a problem in terms of getting in the way even though it was busy. Not sure what the big deal was when we had the correct reservation the whole time - staff at the front were unnecessarily rude. Food was decent (brisket tacos and brisket grilled cheese were best) but unfortunately our waitress was also rude when we seemed to inconvenience her to split our bill into two (3 people and 2 people parties). Food was good but the staff could definitely use some work- not hospitable whatsoever. If you don’t like people, then don’t work in customer service. Also there’s a 3% fee on your total bill which goes to the restaurant I believe (not the servers) which is pretty scammy in our opinions. We’ve eaten at a lot of restaurants in Anaheim (twice a year visitors) and never seen that before.

Not the best first experience. Food came before the drinks. Asked the guy who finally brought the drinks if they were overly busy and he said nope just another Saturday night. They also didn’t bring two of the sides and one of the drinks we ordered and server never came and checked. Food was great though but overall they missed the mark.

The food was good. However, I don’t know if I’ll be returning or recommending this place. At the end of our meal I went to use the restroom and witnessed an employee leaving the toilet stall (flushed the toilet) and walked right out without washing her hands. I went outside hoping that she wasn’t an employee but nope, she was one of the bartenders

***If you have had real barbeque from the south, you will not like it here*** We had the birria quesadilla, a smash burger, and the brisket. Food was very lukewarm and was most likely on burners that you see at a potluck. It was not pricey which is why I am leaving 3 stars. I will come back to try out some more; it was a slow day, so staff was probably on chill mode. Also, all the food was seasoned well.
