Customer Service that I received was outstanding. Everyone with whom I had contact was exceptionally pleasant. My Server was attentive and prompt. She was awesome and possessed the perfect personality for her position. Her engaging and beautiful smile made you feel very comfortable.

I liked it. Typical Cracker Barrel restaurant, which means it's clean, well run, friendly staff and the menu that the chain is famous for. And the country style shop with the unusual goodies that are great for snacking on the road. This restaurant is located in a popular shopping center that itself has many stores, easy access from two main roads, and plenty of parking with good handicap accessible amenities. Recommended. I'm not sure what is going on, but the Crackerbarrel is going downhill. My roast was dry, and gravy looked like it had spent too much time under a heat lamp. Our biscuits arrived after we finished our meal. The hostess sat us at a table for a server who was on her dinner break. She was obviously tired, streesed, and over tasked. 0 for 3 on my last three visits.
