The wait was brutal. 45 plus minutes to be seated, then about 45 more minutes for food.
Typical Cracker Barrel fare, but I was really impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the hostess, waitress and cashier. They each made us feel welcomed and treated us like we were old friends despite the fact that we were from out of town.
Food was really good after we finally got it. We used to eat at this Crackle Barrel almost every week but now the service has gotten so slow we do not go very often.
The person sitting coustmers tells everyone a 25 min wait with most tables empty.. a manager needs to sit people.. got the pork chops and tasted of old grease.. my corn was contaminated with what looked like green bean ends and strings.. is no body looking at what comes out of that kichen.. that should have been caught by at least 3 people.. the cook, the person putting on service tray, and the server. No one looked at was coming out to the table or didn't care.. after reading other reviews, corporate needs to send someone to Tuscaloosa Alabama..
