Steak tips not cooked, was like chewing rubber , biscuits seemed like wasn’t fully cooked , this was breakfast by the way . Like to never got our waiter and then after she brought food out she didn’t come back until we were almost done. That’s when I was able to send steak tips back and get some that was cooked . Just wasn’t a good experience .

We love their catfish. It’s very mild and has a wonderful taste!

Very disappointed with Cracker Barrel !! When we went in to eat dinner about 8:30 pm, we 1st of all were told we had to wait 20 to 40 minutes for a table. And then we were called back in about 15 minutes. Another customer had waited 45 minutes and still was not seated. And as we walked to our table in the middle section, we found that there were a lot of empty tables and a lot of tables that needed to be cleaned off. As we waited to place our order, we watched as they tried to clean the tables as several people tried to clean the tables. Waitress came up and took our order. And it was probably about 20 minutes later when we got our food. I ordered Country Fried Steak with 2 sides, mashed potatoes and broccoli. They replaced the broccoli with french fries ( they offered to replace the fries..to late, should have been told before order was brought out) Not to appetizing looking. The food was mostly cold. It was very disappointing to just see how others that gave their orders found out also their items were out and there was a lot of running back and forth making corrections. It just seemed so chaotic. Even witnessed a waiter yell to a customer about there order while heading to the kitchen. Unacceptable!!! Next time I am going to take photos.

This location has really gone downhill. It is a test facility for new or changed items. They now charge extra for apple butter, which has been a staple item forever. It's been impossible to get biscuits and jelly before your meal comes out. There is an under 10 minute goal for wait staff to get a customers order in from the time they are seated. This sounds good....on paper. In real-life you have what happened to me. Zero drink refills for the entire visit and I waited a long time after my food came to get eating utensils because the hostess had run out and the wait staff was busy. This is a poorly managed location. Parking: RV and trailer towing vehicle parking spots available. Wheelchair accessibility: ADA accessible location.
