Crackle Barrel used to be our goto for home style prepared food while traveling or just a weekend visit from home. Not anymore. You've made changes in your menu and food preparation that leaves us second thinking about a next visit. The Chicken Fried Chicken was my wife's favorite but the dried crusty she was served not. The breast used to be hand tenderized flat, coated , fried, and covered in gravy. Your new preparation of leaving the chicken whole makes it tough. Our server forgot her gravy to boot and then brought out the sawmill white when she had requested brown gravy. My sweet potato was half done, needed about 15 minutes more in the oven. And to have been charge 2.19 extra just for the ball of cold cinnamon butter too. I'll admit the grilled catfish was very good. Also the Coke a Cola Chocolate cake was well portioned and tasty. As it should be for the price. Thankfully it was free through use of a coupon we had from our last less than perfect visit a while back. Also the cornbread rolls were very tasty too. All in all $38.75 was more that we think this meal was worth. Better luck next time.

This Cracker Barrel is awful. We’ve eaten here a few times and each time is worse than the others. They never get our order right. At least one of our entrees is wrong every time. It’s nothing hard to remember, like no mayo or no ice. We’ll drive the Titusville if we get a craving for Cracker Barrel.

Me and my mom shared the classic samplier with meatloaf, chicken & dumplings, and homestyle chicken. Meatloaf was burned. After telling the waitress and cashier neither offered to take it off. If I had paid, I would have ask to speak to a manager. Mom could not even eat it. One of the biscuit was hard like a brick. A few were old. We were passing through going to Miami and will not be back.
