Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

There was no heat or fireplace going. The outdoor temp was cloudy 50's. When asked about the temperature was told that the Thermostat was broken. Customer service was excellent. Environment was cold.

Been coming here for years and I would like to point out the server Shima was exceptional. From great recommendations to applying steps of service and not missing a beat.

This was a carry out meal. Everything we ordered was correct and packaged. We both had breakfast plates and expectations were met for a cracker barrel. No complaints at all.
