Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I enjoyed the Momma's Breakfast with ham and eggs and pecan pancakes, today it was prepared hot and my waitress was very friendly and helpful and she was very gracious, I hope to come again soon. The restaurant was very clean, and I enjoyed browsing the store looking at all the various merchandise.. The decorates trees look so beautiful. Looking forward to returning soon.

I was actually disappointed in the food this time. The Southern Fried Chicken I ordered was very dry and not flavorful at all. The fried okra was fine and the salad was great. Have ordered this before and it was much more tasty. Disappointed this time. They weren't very busy and she didn't bring me my drink until I asked for it. The food came out fast which was nice but I hadn't finished my salad yet and my food got cold while I finished my salad. I usually enjoy Cracker Barrel a lot - in fact we had breakfast there Sunday and that was very good but this particular visit was not up to their usual standard.

Heavy gut pounding food. Gloppy. Pre-made, not fresh. Good coffee. Breakfast is definitely better. Eggs are hard to ruin.

Waitress was not organized, must have been her first day. Crappy service, but great food.... . (One year later) ... Not much change over last year. Crappy seating. Sat us IN a near empty dining area next to and between a boisterous family of 10 and a couple who were hacking up their lungs. They refused to accommodate our request to set elsewhere. It's gonna be a LONG time before I return there.

My family (wife and two children) went with our Grandma to have lunch on Jan 21st, 2024. Their waitstaff was very short-staffed and they were far above their anticipated number of customers-this did cause a long wait. I was impressed that despite these difficulties( and along with malfunctions with kitchen equipment that I later learned of) all of our food was as we ordered it, timely and properly cooked. I was VERY impressed with the short-handed waitstaff-our waitress( Kelsey) was attentive and helpful and very professional despite the rude and harsh behaviors I noticed from other guests. She should be commended.

Server remembered us from previous visits with our father who we sadly lost. Wonderful recollections which made our dining experience special.
