Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Service was top notch! Food was fresh and delicious!

Food was delicious! Parking: Was able to park close to the door.

Well for starters they seated us after closing time, and then we ordered our food and roughly 10 minutes later he comes back out and tells my girlfriend they are out of porkchops so she ordered country fried steak with gravy and they bring her like a regular plain steak with onions and we had to wait 10 minutes for our silverware and another 10 minutes for my side of hashbrowns and biscuits. Then we had to wait about 15 minutes to get our refills and then when they did bring them out they got her drink wrong. It wouldn't be so bad if the last time we ate there they messed our orders up then also and brought me 4 glasses of Mello Yello and each one had something black floating in it. But no worries because we won't be eating at Cracker Barrel anymore. This is by far the worst dining experience I've ever had before.

Most of the time the food is great. The service workers are great, friendly and KIND. Smiles are appreciated so much.

It took us over an hour to receive our food and our order was incorrect. Our waitress appeared to be on some kind of drug, as she seemed not to understand when we ask for refills, boxes or the check. Never had this kind of experience at a Cracker Barrel before.

I had a party of 4. We sat in the first dining area in the center. From that angle I could see directly into the kitchen and one of the 3 cooks in the back ate something and licked his fingers and then went back to cooking. My jaw dropped. Literally what ever he ate was finger licking-good. They clearly don’t wear gloves or that rule is not enforced. The lobby was a disgusting mess. After speaking with the manager there was no attempt to remedy the situation or even apologize for the “service.” My wife tipped the server since she was the only pleasant part of the visit and left. That was my first and last time at that location and will not be returning. I’ve had Cracker Barrel in the past and this location should be ashamed.

Our experience was wonderful. Mr. Joe made everything enjoyable.
