Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I had an interesting experience where the cook said they ran out of pancake mix when I visited this restaurant. : / The manager Beatrice offered to make the pancakes herself. Instead we came back to eat again another day and everything was perfect. Our waitress was super sweet on both occasions and all the other staff treated us with genuine kindness. I will be sure to stop by and get more pancakes next time I am in Kissimmee.

Good food at competitive prices.

Dinner and shopping at Cracker Barrel is always a great experience. Everyone is si friendly and so nice.

Came in an hour after placing a pickup order and it wasn't ready, waited 20 minutes for them to finish the food. Then waiting another 10 minutes for the drinks while the food got cold.

Cracker Barrel has been a favorite for years, but this particular one was disgusting. My coffee cup had hard sugar on it, my water glass had a white speck on the inside, my cousin gave me her water and on the outside of glass there was whip cream, her set of silverware was dirty, my scrabbled eggs were goopy, my bacon was not cooked all the way. I did not have the heart to complain after complaining about the coffee cup and silverware. Needless to say I would not recommend this particular Cracker Barrel.
