Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Great tasting food, seasoned to perfection. And the Old Country store is amazing. I love the old school candies like Mary Jane, Lemon Heads, Boston Baked Beans, Pecan Rolls. Oh the Nostalgia! Parking: Regular Parking Availability

Placed a to go order at 930 am to be ready at 1030am. ARRIVED at 1040 am...had to wait in the lobby for pick up for over 45 minutes

So want to love their food but it just isn't as good as it used to be.

They got bunch of available tables but don't have enough servers that's why I need to wait! I think your managers team need to leave and make better service for customers. I can understand when it’s full but not when it’s half of customers that's not how to make money! Never again in this particular place !

Kitchen was obviously short staffed. The wait staff were very kind. It took almost 2 hours to recover our food after we ordered. Several folks that had been seated left. Kid-friendliness: Kids are offered Kids meal and crayons and page to color.

Our waitress was a very good person. He was nice had a tattoo on his neck, Very experience

We tried twice to go to Cracker Barrel two Sundays in a row at this location, and we couldn’t get seated. They didn’t have an assistant sitting people and the waiter/waitresses were tasked for this. Horrible service and we will not go back! They even had a checkout person waiting for people to pay for their meals; she was t busy but would not go over and take peoples names down. This has turned us off to all Cracker Barrel’s; we will not go back to any one of them

My family of 4 sat for 25 minutes. No one came buy to take our drink orders or even acknowledge us. My husband flagged someone down for service but Indira continued to serve her own assigned tables. Three tables were given bread and drinks but were even sat down after us. The table next to us seemed to be having issues as well but they had food. It is a shame… I really wanted some biscuits and gravy and some of those cheesy hashbrowns.
