Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food is pretty much always great!! Our waiter was very attentive and got our order right. I just wish he would have been just a little friendlier and maybe smiled. Again he was very attentive but would’ve been nice to see his smile. And the atmosphere was very “relaxed and comfortable”. It’s one of our favorite places for breakfast! No one makes pancakes like them! No one! Parking: Always a place to park. We tend to arrive fairly early so parking in the front is always available. Kid-friendliness: Always see plenty of kids and babies enjoying breakfast. Wheelchair accessibility: Very open aisles very accommodating for visitors in a wheel chair

Good food, nice family atmosphere.

If I could give no stars, I would. I have never in my life been so frustrated with a restaurant! We waited over 45 minutes to be seated for a party of 8. They sat us down without ever asking if our entire party was present. We were seated at the table for mere minutes before the manager asked us if our party was complete. We informed her they were on their way. She then told us that if they were not here within 2 minutes, we would have to wait again. I then asked her to confirm she was asking me to take my two small children and get up from the table. I asked her why this was not told to us when making the reservation or sitting us down, and she said they were supposed to. Me and my father informed her they didn't. She began to tell me we were making them lose revenue as we wrote just sitting there for 10 minutes. We informed her no one had even come to get our drink order. Then I let her know we had every intention of ordering our remaining party food and drinks, but she was still not having it. I went back to ask for their corporate office, and she told me I could find it at the front door, but I did NOT find it. Thank you for ruining what should have been a great family breakfast. I will never in my life give my business to cracker barrel again.

Was disappointed in the scrambled eggs but other than that, the hash brown bites were amazing!

Nice atmosphere to sit and have a bite to eat. The waitresses are all very friendly.

Never doing pick up again. Everything was cold. Waste of money. Dine in is best.
