Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Casher was messing and glueing in her dentures while taking money, then never washed. Asked twice for towels for the restrooms, was told they were out. So how did wait staff wash? Restroom was also disgusting. Would what the health department would say? Ordered maple chicken- wasn't cooked with maple but was extremely spicy, normally that would have been fine but not when wanting their maple chicken. Use to love the place not this time may not ever return. Would give them negative stars if I could.

The service was alright, I would say, though waiting for the food took the longest. They said oh well we are short staffed, however your still piling people into the tables and doing pick-up orders. If you can handle full capacity, don't keep seating people and making them wait longer and longer for their food. Thanks

10 minutes waiting to get seated, 1 person. Another 20 minutes seated and no water even brought to the table. Server (Michael) stopped twice to tell me he’d be right with me. 3rd time I told him not to waste his time and left

I had the grilled chicken BLT a fit was really good. The Mac and cheese is really good too

Ordered chicken breasts meal,either the oil was dirty or they just over cooked it,also ordered chicken tenders, weren't cooked all the way,they was slimmy, they did take tenders off check, 1/24/24,11:05 am. Won't go back ,one of worst cracker barrel s .

The employees are all really friendly!

It was our server Anna’s first night and she did a great job. We had chicken and dumplings which could have done with more chicken. The fried apples, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes were okay. One of the 3 biscuits was overcooked, which was a surprise. Basically, the food was edible and the service was good.
