Customer Service is on point. But the crab noodles need more ingredients it's flavorless and there isn't enough crab. The crab is only on the top in the middle it's not worth $25 dollars. They should add chopped sausage and some garlic. It's greasy as well. Other than that the wings pop though.
I'm not sure what part of Louisiana the cuisine from but it's a fail for me. We ordered the garlic lobster noodles, the lobster was mushy (picked the lobster, out of the noodles) shrimp fried rice no shrimp throughout the rice , there were maybe 5 undercooked shrimp on top of the rice, the rice tasted like regular rice. The sweet potato fries were great. The fried shrimp reminded you of the frozen shrimp at the grocery store. We ask them to remove the fried shrimp and fried rice it was clear the food wasn't picked over or half eaten (it was still a full order) we were told we could only get 50%off of food we didn't eat. No I didn't leave a tip, their tip was the amount I paid for food we didn't eat If you ate from Louisiana, know how to cook or even enjoy good food this is not the place I like the fact they have DJ
I stopped in to try this place out , I've been to several other places and not all of them are good, and I need to add this one to the list. I always try to see the best I what a place can offer, but this place doesn't have anything. The staff wasn't attentive and I needed to ask them for everything. The food didn't have any flavor and the sauce was plain, although very spicy. Anyone who left a 5 star for this place was being very , very nice or hasn't eaten at a place like this before. I make it appoint to tip no matter what the service or food is, but this was very hard to justify. There are too many other restaurants out there to make me want to come back. I doubt this place will be around next year.
