We went on a Saturday evening, it was completely empty so we had the place to ourselves pretty much. The lady attending us was very sweet and patient when it came to us ordering. The food was ready within 10 minutes of ordering. My boyfriend loved his food and so did it. It was far less expensive than other places. We paid $50 for our food which included drinks. The lady didn’t bother us while eating and she even set up plates, napkins, and limes for us. We didn’t pay an 18% gratitude fee that I see a lot of the 1 star review mention… not sure if that’s changed overtime. However the food was delicious and we’ll be going back!

Went here about 2 weeks ago based on reviews. I see overall stars has already fallen since then. I should have read the latest comments stating price doesn’t match the food. $24 for lobster roll. 18% mandatory gratuity fee for dining in. Making it $28! ($30 after tax). I decided to eat just outside their doors and save $5. The hotdog bun was likely Costco bulk. The fries tasted like Walmart frozen seasoned fries. The lobster was good lacked flavor. This would be a great $12 food truck roll. Not a $24-$30 45 minute wait roll for which I was quoted 15 minutes. Honestly it’s my fault. Obviously the 18% mandatory fee really means “we don’t like people, that’s why we don’t pay them a fair wage and don’t eat here.” I didn’t know that.

5 minutes before closing, we ordered combo #2 with 6 eggs. This was our first time trying this place with high expectations per all the good reviews because my husband and I are from Louisiana (New Orleans) and Baton Rouge. We paid $130 for the worst seafood ever. The sauce was watered down and flavorless! My snow crabs were overcooked; the shells were so rubbery and didn’t crack easily. The shrimp were severely overcooked; we spent more time peeling the skin off, and once we peeled it, the taste was powdery and mushy. I was so annoyed! Unfortunately, they were closed by time we got home, so I couldn’t call the restaurant. I’m leaving a review in hopes of reaching a manager! We would like to give this restaurant another try based on the review if we get exceptional customer service, because this wasn't it!

We came to eat at 8:05 pm and they close at 9:00 pm the lady in the front say she was not going to be able to serve us because she didn’t had a brake all day and she was very hungry and she’s was alone no manager at the moment really really bad service….
