Expensive for the amount of food you get. Party atmosphere. Clean restaurant. Courteous staff

The first experience was great the food was great!!! The the next 6 times I been there the service has been trash!! They pick who the want to be next.. the amount of money I have spent with them my service should I was be grateful.. Today I spoke with the manager and treated up like one of the bum on the street so walked out most definitely want be back... FOOD GOOD SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!

Horrible service we waited 2hours for our food just for the front desk to tell us she has nothing to do with that on top of that everybody food came out at different times so the party we had didn’t get to eat together

I work at a local hotel near this location and it's usually my go to when I want some good food. Me and my team always recommend out of town guest to try Crabb 99 but lately they have been not exceeded my expectations. I placed an order this evening around 4:30 pm and waited until an hour later to go and pick it up only to find out my order was still not completed. The young lady at the pickup station apologized and stated that they had not even pushed my order through being that they were overwhelmed with orders and too busy to do to-go orders. I asked several times to speak with a manager and was told he was to busy to speak with anyone. I would suggest to anyone placing a to-go order via internet or over the phone to make sure you are not hungry and prepare to wait a few hours before you can pick it up.

I am very disappointed. This was my first time coming to this restaurant not only did I wait an hour for my food once I got to my home my food was incorrect. I’ve been calling and calling and calling and have not got in touch with someone to fix the issue. I am very highly upset about that I feel like when you spend your hard earn money you should get what you pay for and I did not in this trip Hate to do this to our own people but food ain’t cheap if I paid for it I should get it so I don’t recommend this place

Went there when they were only serving Breakfast & Brunch menu. Shrimp and Grits were awesome! Generous amount of shrimp, too. However, there is a discrete "15% B&B charge" added to the bill, which was NOT written on the menu or communicated to me by anyone until I saw the bill. I think they should be more transparent if they want to add fees.

I'm not big on seafood but I went and I got the chicken very expensive place but you get everything I think our bill was over $235 and they have the best damn Cajun potatos I made mashed potatoes with the left overs. My kids would never dream of eating a crawdaddy and crawmommy with their crawbabies. But they sure were ok with eating I I mean going ham on them crawgramps and crawuncles now 4 years later let's just say it's a very expensive birthday dinner in the beginning of the year and at the end of the year. As long as they get their Cajun mashed potatoes too. My husband loves this place to. The service of the immaculate the restaurant is clean and then I've got to say if I walk into a men's bathroom and it's cleaner than a woman's bathroom (my son didn't want to go into the girls and i respect that so I went in with him when he was 7 and stood by the door) then they are doing stuff right. Hats off to CRAB 99 AND THEIR TEAM THATS STRIVES FOR THE BEST SERVICE FOOD AND CLEANLINESS. Kid-friendliness: My kids acted out a few times but the staff was so helpful and well they went home they were good they straightened up it really is a family friendly place. Just the whole atmosphere about it it's amazing
