We've been here a few times before and were very saddened by the quality last night. Way too expensive for what we got for our Anniversary dinner. $300+ and the steaks were over- charred, dry, and grainy textured. My husband was recommended the "like a Tomahawk with a shorter bone" Dry Aged Rib Chop, and it was just not good. Not sure why it was so special, but we were disappointed. I had the T Bone and there was nothing "mouthwatering" about it. I had to excuse myself to the restroom to get napkins to spit out most of what I ate in them. The broccolini were undercooked, as well. And don't even get me started on the most underwhelming $11 PER scallop order I've ever had...3 days later and I'm still mad I fell for that. The crab cakes and the bread pudding were the only things that were good and they were excellent, as was the wedge salad with the slab of bacon. I did order Cowboy coffee with dessert and had to ask 3 times for sweetener. By the time the waited finally brought it (20 minutes later), our coffees were cold. We weren't waiting another 20-30 minutes for a refresher. All in all, a very blah meal for a special occasion. Not sure why the quality has gone so downhill, or maybe it was just an off night, but way too pricey for such disappointment. We'll be choosing somewhere else for our future special events.

Doesn’t get much better than this place! We celebrate my 38th birthday and they did an amazing job making me feel special. Our server Josh was delightful, made our experience that much better. The food was fantastic, artichoke spinach dip was so good, steak cooked perfectly, crispy Brussel sprouts were great! Literally the best meal, service and restaurant we have been to in a while. Absolutely nothing to Complain about. I would also like to point out the entire staff was great, the staff up front were so warm and welcoming and the rest of the staff that helped throughout the night were great! We will be back for our next celebration.

Visited Cowboy star for a dinner with colleagues. The ambiance is absolutely stunning, and the detail of the decor is exceptional. I enjoyed the food! The Mac and cheese is packed with flavor and is a enough for 2 to share. I appreciated the crispy Salmon…it was perfect. Other appetizers that we ordered were good too. I did walk away thinking the food was slightly overpriced. Overall, I would return and I enjoyed my experience at Cowboy Star. Food, service and atmosphere is quality for sure.

Wanted to splurge for our 10 year anniversary. This place is great! The hostess, waitstaff, food, atmosphere.... WOW! My wife got the scallops and I got the 14oz ribeye with shrimp and we shared some sauteed mushrooms and finished with the bread pudding. Excellent! Its well worth the price to pamper yourself and this place. Thanks to all for a wonderful evening

Great place for steak.. everything was perfect... our server Alexis was great.. very kind and knowledgeable about the menue.

I came here for an ex's birthday last year in May, and we had a blast! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere was seductive, and the "Happy Birthday" note on his menu was just the cherry on top. Needless to say, I did not keep him as a boyfriend, but I will absolutely be back again!

My fiancé took me there on 1-22-24 for our anniversary dinner. They made us feel so special with a long steam red rose and card signed by staff. Steven our waiter was Amazing and the young ladies helping too. Our drinks stayed full. The Food was Amazing as well cooked perfectly and great flavors I had the bison and my fiancé had the tbone. Great service/ food best I've Ever had even the menu says Happy Anniversary on it. The lil things make a big impact. It's our new Anniversary spot. Love love it!

Was not impressed with the steak's flavor, but was cooked to proper temp. The table service seemed pushy and cleared food without asking, overall it was over priced for what you got. If they ever want a real steak and seafood place tell them to come down to Texas or Louisiana.
