Cove Restaurant

I’m currently on the toilet while writing this review. My date and I should have walked out the restaurant the moment we were met with the hostess. I called the restaurant prior to our arrival to ensure that there would be seating to accommodate us. When we arrived the hostess made a remark about how the call was made 20 mins ago and that there were no seats. I asked her how long the wait would be and she looked at her tablet and walked away. She finally came back and had us seated in the back of the restaurant. It took a while for the server to come to our table as the restaurant was quite busy at the time. We made our orders and waited. Each dish was served to us approximately 10-15 mins apart and we waited over an hour for the entire order to reach our table. By the time I finished my appetizer and entree, my date still had not received his complete order. The quality of the food was decent but pales in comparison to other restaurants that cater to this type of cuisine. It has been almost two hours since we left the restaurant and I am now hunched over my stomach ready to spill my guts into the toilet bowel. This establishment needs to revisit their company values and make customer service a priority.

Went here with my husband for our 30th anniversary. The atmosphere was very chill and catered to all types of events. The food was very good.

My family and I came here for Easter Sunday and got food poisoning and ended up in the emergency room along with my 1 year old. I called to speak to the owner or manager and no one return my call!!. I would think this would be a priority, now here I am leaving a negative review. Avoid this place.

I advise you to order everything at one time. I am not sure if it was because it was a busy night or it was completely packed, the service was extremely slow. There were 9 of us in our parry. We came when it was empty at 6:30 PM and with service lags, left at 10:30 PM. Overall, the food was good. I had the salmon, my friend had the oxtail; all good portions, but the oxtail was lukewarm. The drinks were tasty, but don't expect too much alcohol. I had a lychee matini and a tropical margarita. No dessert menu, yes 4 hrs and no dessert; only apps and entree. A few times, our server was MIA. Music was good, Playlist and then a live dj.

4 star restaurant. The vibes is nice , music is great . It’s a bit dark inside but very cozy . The seasoning on the mussels and shrimp were perfect. I do feel like it’s a bit pricey for both food items I ordered. I believe the shrimp appetizer only came with about 6 shrimps which were not a lot for the price we paid . The drinks also were alcoholic but not strong. Which I prefer strong drinks. I came here for the second time and the food was great and the portions are shareable .. But honestly it toook over a hour to get the food which was disappointing.

Had my daughters sweet 16 here! Service was amazing and the food was everything. Music was hit. Lol going back for the brown stew snapper and rum punch ! Vegetarian options: Personally I don’t eat meat but great pescatarian options and food with meat

Attended my Besties Birthday/engagement there it was an awesome experience food drinks wait staff great. Music everything was so nice. Would definitely go again

Vanessa truly made our graduation dinner planning experience unforgettable. Despite the fact that we began our preparations much later than anticipated, Vanessa's patience and politeness never wavered. She was incredibly attentive, catering to our every need with grace and efficiency. Given that our group is mostly pescatarian and vegetarian, Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure that our menu was perfectly tailored to our dietary preferences, from the appetizers all the way through to dessert. What stood out the most was her flexibility and pleasant demeanor, even when we were indecisive and made several changes along the way. Vanessa's ability to remain accommodating and kind throughout the process significantly eased our stress and made the planning process much smoother than we could have imagined. The food itself was nothing short of excellent. Every dish was a hit, but the vegetarian soup was especially remarkable—it was absolutely to die for. Vanessa's ability to provide exceptional customer service. Our evening was a success largely thanks to her efforts, and we couldn't be more grateful for her contribution to making our celebration so memorable. Vegetarian options: veggie chunks and squash soup
