Cousins Subs

Don't bother ordering to go orders at anytime, they will wait until you get there to start making the order with zero explanation or apology. Staff will also be rude.

Great food and service!

TLDR: hair in the food, uncaring management, not worth your time or money We had a catering order from Cousins for a staff meeting, and one of my coworkers found a hair in her cookie. A huge amount of hair. We have been trying to get in contact with the Cousins staff for WEEKS now trying to get this situation addressed, and have received no response from anyone at the store or management. This is the first time I've felt the need to actually take the time out of my day to write a negative review of a business, that's how frustrating this experience has been. The sandwiches were sooo sub par on top of all that (like I could've bought a premade sandwich at the grocery store for cheaper and it would've tasted the same). All this to say, don't go here.

Employees are extremely rude and not helpful. They gave me attitude when I asked how long my order would take. The employees should not be in food service.

Disappointed to have paid extra for a side of mac that was less than half full, looked like it had been sitting out for a while, and had a large hair in it. The picture I included was of the cup immediately after taking the lid off—I hadn’t moved anything. UPDATE: they had me reach out to the store manager, who eventually stopped responding after offering me a $5 refund that I never received.

Service was quick and when I ordered. Didn’t eat in but place was clean and kept up nicely.

Started out as dine in but after waiting 20+ minutes we had to make it carry out. Then the subs were the most disappointing cheese steaks I have ever had. Tried to contact the email I saw posted on other people's reviews before posting myself. Email address not valid

They refused to take my order for 20 minutes, claiming online is the main way to get an order in.
