I cannot believe I just spent $27 on a dry roll that was like a tapa at best! It was super dry. There was nothing on it! The small container of coleslaw was tasteless. None of it had any seasoning. Complete waste of money. Dry service, dry tasteless food.
The food was delicious the service was horrible my wife said the employee smelled like marijuana and was trying to rush and take her order so he can go to the bar and have a drink where she later saw him at. We will not be returning to this location due to the experience we encountered with an employee smelling like drugs! Thank you but no thank you! His name starts with a R he handled us extremely unprofessionally.
My stomach is tore up. I am sure it was the lobster roll. Disclaimer, when I eat a lot of lobster my stomach hurts sometimes so I don’t think it’s the preparation, it may just be me. For about $30 to get a lobster roll is not something I want to do again especially with stomach pains. I should’ve gotten the tots to brace my stomach, but it probably would have still hurt, especially with the bad barbecue in the food hall mixed with this that I ate. I know real lobster cost so I somewhat can understand the price, but they have to know that the typical person won’t come in and select that item for that price often. I know you all have stomachs of steel because you eat Cheese all the time so I’m sure you can eat this but it’s not for me and I don’t particularly recommend. Forgot to take pic

Problems arise, but it's the way they are handled that truly defines a business, and in this case, it was handled with exceptional care and efficiency. Upon discovering an item in my order that didn't belong, I reached out to Josh and his team. From the onset, they exhibited a genuine concern for my situation. What struck me the most was their commitment to not just resolving the issue but making me feel genuinely cared for as a customer. Josh went above and beyond to rectify the mistake promptly, and the team ensured that the correct item was expedited to me. I appreciate their swift and effective resolution, but more importantly, the way they made me feel valued as a customer. Kudos to Josh and the team for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a testament to outstanding customer service. They've earned my loyalty and highest recommendation.

Tried Cousins for the first time today and was not disappointed! The lobster rolls and lobster bisque were delicious and the customer service was top notch!! Thanks to Ricky and Rob for making our visit so much fun!

I had the opportunity to meet some new “cousins” today! I’m a TRUE foodie, I eat out often and am always searching for good vibes as well as delicious food. If I could give a 10/10 I would. From the very 1st interaction to the last, I was impressed. They were friendly, knowledgeable about the history of the company AND menu. I had the lobster grilled cheese and fries. I will be back!
