I recently had the pleasure of dining at Course in Scottsdale, AZ, and it was an extraordinary experience that left me eagerly anticipating my next visit. Course exudes a chic and sophisticated ambiance, creating the perfect setting for a fine dining experience. The staff at Course were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Throughout my 10-course prix fixe meal, they provided impeccable service. The culinary creations at Course are nothing short of exceptional. Each dish from the prix fixe menu was a masterpiece, both in presentation and flavor. I opted for the wine pairing, and it exceeded my expectations. The selection was impeccable, and each wine complemented the corresponding course perfectly. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to an already fantastic meal. From the elegant ambiance to the exquisite food and impeccable service, every aspect of my evening was memorable.

Fantastic food and amazing service, can’t ask for much more.

Good to great experience. Great staff and service. The cooking is good to great, but the dishes are safe. The savory meat dish was served a little cold. The first dish, the crab I believe it was, was exquisite. The location could be better, it's a strip mall. They should add a curtain or something to improve the ambience. We will likely be back.

We had an excellent time. The courses were all excellent, varied, well thought out, balanced and visually appealing using quality ingredients. We have met Chef Oppold in the recent past and the food and presentation in a private setting were excellent as was this experience. Highly recommended. Staff were friendly and warm. The restaurant is very modern and well designed.

my boyfriend , his brother , and I came to eat here to celebrate a really important milestone for us and we were met with the utmost gratitude and appreciation to be dining here. Immediately the hostess greeted us a warm welcome and congratulated us. It really made us feel special and confident in the place we chose to celebrate at!!! the chef and sommelier + gm came and spoke with us adding to our wonderful experience. We have eaten at just about every place in Scottsdale, but this one really wowed us!!! they kept us into it the ENTIRE meal 2 hours passed so quickly!! Highly recommend the 10 course! Can confidently say this restaurant is doing it right! I literally couldn’t stop saying “mmmmm”

Food is intentional. New menu every few months. It's a cost for special occasion, but Phoenix doesn't have prie fixe menus
