Costco Food Court

One of the best costcos near LA area

Food court doesn't accept cash anymore. Was told I have to go into store to pay in cash. No signs posted anywhere. I was told once I got to the window. Unacceptable

The self-service kiosk is awesome, no cash accepted though.

“Beware” Went to grab my pizza and placed my receipt on the counter and got a grip of the air flow and fell on the floor - unfortunately I got an upset pizza guy working there and gave me attitude - made me wait and wait and help the customer after me - came to me and told me he didn’t appreciate me throwing the receipt - Wthell - sorry but your serving me, I’m the reason your there . Lower your notch a bit, “Mr Superior here.” sure he won’t last there with an attitude .

I may be strange because I love Costco and enjoy eating at Costco food courts when I visit the store - usually. Unfortunately this is my closest Costco and the Food Court has degraded a lot. Of course all Costcos lost a number of great menu items during Covid. I’ve dealt with that. The Costco in Valencia is worse than others I visit. First they will not provide forks or knives or straws. They don’t even have them any more. I visit a lot of Costco stores and this is the ONLY one I’ve visited that doesn’t have any of these - fork knife or straws. More than a month ago the freeze machine that produces the mocha freeze and fruit smoothie went out and they have not replaced it. Finally this location is often very busy and the Food Court tends to run slowly meaning long lines and long waits. I’ve spoken to store management and the manager of the food court and nothing has changed. The pizza and hot dogs are still ok, but I usually only get a hot dog as I prefer to eat the pizza or chicken bake with a knife and fork. As long as you have time and low expectations you can still get ok food here, but with slow service and almost no accommodations and no freeze.

The food is pretty good especially for the price, the customer service however is a 1/5… after grabbing my food I went back up to the front to ask for a spoon since the dispensers appeared to be empty and the worker said “they’re over there bro” with a super nasty attitude and pointed. Disappointed with this Costco :/

Reasonable prices

What is the point of having a phone number if you aren't going to answer it, and why even have one cashier. Start doing better

Four stars because this one thing is missing. Bring it back please and thank you
