Costa Vida

I gotta tell you, this food looks amazing! (Again, sorry! I just deliver...) But when I pick-up, I pay attention. So, this place is basically like Chipotle but better. And I'm not sure if Chipotle makes their tortillas on site, but this place does. Servings are healthy, and it seems your entree choices are a bit more diverse. Now, the one thing I was not very impressed with as far as picking up food goes, was the service. My order had not been started when I walked in. And three different people asked me about it, but then went off to help with the customers in line making their orders instead. I ended up waiting about 15 or more minutes to get my delivery order. But! They are on top of it if you walk in to eat.

I really like costa vidas food. The sweet pork is amazing. However, the service is horrendous. We had be going every Tuesday for months. Two months ago the service became intolerable. We would be the only ones in line and it took 30 minutes to prepare 2 dishes. This happened numerous times so we stopped going. We again tried costa vida this week with even worse service. There employed stand around socializing. We were the only ones in line and the employee looked at us and then continued with other tasks. He didn’t acknowledge us, say I’ll be right with you or stop his task to take our order. After about 3-5 minutes of waiting we left. What a shame how bad their service has become.

Horrible customer service picked up a turn hub order and one the guys just placed the order on the counter didn’t say anything I’m just supposed to assume it’s the order I’ve been waiting for, like it’s not hard to have customer service. Maybe these are the people that need to work in the back and only do prep work food for thought.

Ignored for a solid 10 minutes to simply pick up my online order. Another 10 minutes go by and they hand me a bag with half my order in it. Totally apathetic staff.

The food was good, but the service wasn't good because the people Serving the food didn't look kind. I felt like the manager was being disrespectful to them. And also the manager was telling the other workers to not give us more of any of the sweet pork or any other proteins. Which it was weird.
