Coffee not as tasty as Caffè Nero ,friendly staff though, pity about their customer service ... Great impovment in the look of the store , staff friendly , customers service when contacting costa still poor! Visited wylde Green store lovely coffee ,friendly staff , clean store . Customer service contact is still poor Prices up 20p on a regular americano Expensive and unnecessary

Visited tonight went inside to order drinks I was told in a rude manner they were closed... if your closed why don't you lock the door, I'm not local to the area I don't know your opening and closing times ? Will not bother returning in the future.
