Pizza was fantastic! There were 4 of us and we ate at the counter. Fun to watch them toss the dough.
Pizza was cold. The driver kept suggesting I leave a tip. The "free delivery" isn't real, they charged me for delivery
Manager on duty Shane on 2/13/24 around 4 pm was extremely rude. I reached out for a simple request to reprint a receipt. The manager's word for word reply was "Sorry we are not people's accountants and don't reprint receipts. You can call back Wed- Sunday when the GM is here and maybe he can help you". This seems like a terrible policy and bad customer service. The additional snarky/a-hole comment that you are not an account seems unnecessary. I'm well aware the guy making slightly above minimum wage is not an accountant. However your job is customer service. It wasn't the dinner rush, he wasn't busy, he was just lazy. Food is great but customer service sucks, be better at your job and try not to fit into the stereotype of a lazy stoner that hates their job.
Cosmo's has always been my top place for pizza. The pizza and the people are always fantastic.
Me and three of my coworkers came here for a team lunch . Fast and affordable company paid but for 4 people not bad
I am very disappointed in cosmos on grant. I was just in on Sunday night around 7:30 pm 2/4/2024 and ordered 3 slices to go after a long day at work and was looking forward to one specific slice that I have enjoyed every other visit that has spinach tomatoes and artichoke as the 2 other slices we're not for me. I live 30 minutes west of cosmos in Lakewood and when I opened the box the other 2 slices looked great but the one I had for me looked old like maybe the first pie they made that morning you can't even see any of the toppings except for the slivers of black spinach. I am very disappointed and will check my food before I leave.
Never been shocked by a pizza slice before. It tasted amazing wasn't even greasy!
I liked Cosmo's a lot for my first time trying it, but I was told I'd get a pizza for $10 since it was sitting late night, but still got charged a full 35 bucks. Other than mishap, I liked it.
