The ambiance is nice, the food was quality, the flights, very fun to experiment with new champagnes…. But none of that matters when the staff wanted nothing more than for us to leave as soon as possible. From the moment our 4-top sat down we were rushed to order, eat and clear plates. I understand wanting to get off work but this was beyond reasonable especially considering the fact that we spent $300 on a meal that we could hardly savor the experience… despite the posted “2-hr time limit” imposed by the restaurant. And the chocolate fondue was served cold with an unlit burner. The busboy asked THREE times if we were done with the charcuterie board… like, no sir, do you still cheese on there? Then we are not done. Do better!
The champagne flights and great and the cocktails also have champagne in them, interesting menu and experience. Good service.
Love ❤️ this Larimer Square champagne bar for Happy Hour. It was one of the 1st places I checked out back in 2010 after relocating to Denver. And it’s one of my favorite places today. The fries are a combination of regular potatoes and sweet potatoes and are the best in Denver. Awesome bartender and ambiance as well.
This was a great choice for drinks with lots of bubbles options. Enjoyed the Louis V. flight with Dom, Vuev and Pommery. Thru also have bourbon and it was no problem getting a French 75 cocktail with bourbon instead of gin. Really nice spot for a drink and super helpful staff.
Everything was great. Chicken herb with the demi glaze...definitely already got me thinking about coming back.
